19. I do get why he’s mad though. Like lance fought for over 4 years to make gay marriage legal and he is a very big lgbt+ activist. He won an Oscar for milk, about openly gay Harvey milk, and made his speech about the fact that he hopes to be able to get married some day.

I get that Sam smith said that he THOUGHT that he might be the first one, but if you’re not sure then don’t make that comment because it’s extremely disrespectful to the people who did it before him, like Lance. Lance is a HUGE lgbt+ activist, he really fought for gay marriage to be legalised and he won his Oscar with Milk, like literally a movie about openly gay Harvey Milk and in his acceptance speech he talked about how he has a dream to be able to get married one day.
