Paul Walker’s Daughter Sues Porsche, He was Burned Alive in Faulty Car | TMZ

Paul Walker survived the impact of the crash that took his life but suffered horrifically as he was burned alive … this according to a wrongful death lawsuit his daughter has filed against Porsche.
According to the lawsuit — obtained by TMZ — lawyers for 16-year-old Meadow Walker claim when the Porsche Carrera GT crashed and broke apart, Paul's seat belt "snapped Walker's torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis," and trapping him in the passenger seat. • and just to finish…if the car was at 90 miles per hour or even 60 ,that is more then 100km/h…not even a pole would stop them, they would smash the pole and continue to go…that does not look a car that smash into a pole…at all!!!!i have seen many accidents…i know what i am saying…

  1. I think the poor girl just wants someone to blame, feel really bad for her tbh.

    • Lone Wolf Full Albums™ I feel sorry for you and your insensitive comment involving a teenage girl who lost her father. Weirdo.

    • So messing with the company owned by the biggest car manufacturer in the world is OK. Stupid

    • +EnigmaHood it was actually found that he didn’t change the tire for five years and he was driving like an idiot

    • So she doesn’t care that her father wouldn’t want her to sue his friends family?? Sick

  2. She didn’t specify a monetary amount. She’s grieving the loss of her father, if suing them makes her at ease, then so be it! The car is designed to drive at elevated speeds, not to mention the individual driving was a race car driver!!! So whose to say it wasn’t a defect in the car! Yall need to stop hating on this poor child; whose just lost a big part of her life!!

  3. I don’t blame Meadow for that, I feel sorry for the loss of her father. I hope she has a great future and may God protect the Walker Family

  4. People now days are just so sue happy they will sue u if u breathe wrong on”” them, and she is doing the same! I know she wants someone to blame but it wasn’t the car’s fault it was the person behind the wheel. I feel very sorry for her I know
how it feels to lose a loved one but it’s not going to make it any better suing this company that I feel didn’t do anything(this is just my opinion). My heart goes out to the family!! 🙁

  5. I love Walker and all the Fast and Furious movies.. But a car that small doesn’t split in half going 60-70..

  6. that’s why all drivers should always carry a small knife. just in case the car won’t let you unlock the seat belts, so you can cut it off

    • gator 8 That’s cold bro, but very true – it was probably for the best.

    • what good is having a knife going to be when you hit your head at 100 miles an hour and your unconscious having a knife would make no difference what so ever

    • Yeah, I teach seat belt safety. They can kill you or save your life, depends on where the car is struck

  7. unfortunately it’s not the car, it’s the driver, terrato said it himself in fast n furious 1, any car driven at high speeds can and/or/will, is going to result in that, rip Paul you’ll always be one of my favorite actor!

    • no its not the drives fault paul could of told him to slow down on a regualar street way

    • TheOneAndOnly Paul could “have” told him to slow down ,but Rogers fault.
Roger was driving,it was his fault,no matter how much Paul screamed and this was was their destiny.
      Nobody gets out alive

“could of” is not proper English.BTW…..

    • TheOneAndOnly true but a car like this is supposed to handle incredibly well at high rates of speed which is why she sueing because the car was missing a key component stabilize it at a high rate of speed which result in the crash (they were going around 70 which is fast for most cars but not for a Porsche and especially a GT because car was build for speed and control)

  8. This is still something I think about a lot, I met Paul Walk about a year before he died as we were driving in the Santa Barbara area and he pulled over to talk to me. He was one of the nicest celebrities I’ve ever met and very genuine. This truly was a tragic thing to happen to such a good person.

  9. Porsche is at fault. Boo porsche.
Dont ever drive a Porsche Carrera GT.

  10. “Nobody knows the truth, but everyone knows reckless driving and speeding doesn’t end well.” RIP
