A Caucasian friend of mine, during our beauty school days…while most of us were struggling to pay our book fees & monthly payments…she asked, “why are you making payments?”…then preceded to tell me that she doesn’t pay anything and this is how she does it…they’d register to vote, listed themselves as being a Native Americans and then use the card as proof for school funding. She said they call it the Caucasian-evasion.😅🤦🏽‍♀️ A long kept secret of theirs. U see the congresswoman is being accused of it right now..I was told about it over 25 years ago..🤷🏽‍♀️ Loophole queens!
