Bill's reps confirm he died Sunday evening surrounded by family at 9:35 PM in Houston. His publicist says plans are underway for a public memorial. Also, Boston Red Sox legend David Ortiz — aka "Big Papi" — was shot while hanging out at a nightclub Sunday in the Dominican Republic, his father confirmed. Cops say there are TWO suspects in the shooting, both young men … who rolled up to the scene on the same motorcycle.
