I was on a jury where a girl had her second offense selling heroin out of her house and she had kids. The jail time we could give was 5 years to LIFE!! Obviously we gave her 5 years. Seriously how do these numbers even make sense, up to 20 years for stomping a phone? The Criminal justice system definitely needs some revamping on amount of years you can get for crimes or TMZ is way off and being dramatic.
