I’m definitely not saying he should be lashing out at everyone for personal reasons. Not at all, what I’m saying is that his anger is most likely from people who are taller trying to pick on him and make him feel inferior. I personally would speak to a 4 foot man the same way I would speak to a 10 foot man. I don’t discriminate against anyone who may have disadvantages.
