   • it can be done if you try . Change your eating habbits. Exercise some and keep watching your weight. Try a protein shake diet or meal replacement shakes. Id did that Now i’m working on keeping the weight off. Yea I do indulge on the weekends and my weigh does go up a couple pounds but I can lose it back during the work week. My rule is no diet on my weekends. 🙂 And yes it can be done for a woman after giving birth too. I may not say what Jordan said about Sanders but I’d prob say something like this. She should be in a gym not in a restaurant anyway.. And yes frequent eating in res truants can cause yo to gain weight as well.

   • BigRedSoxFan I’m actually average size but I’m speaking on behalf of mothers I seen and know and it doesn’t matter what you eat these days it’s your in take too in everything even the healthiest foods can contain bad chemicals

     And after birth the healthiest is to breastfeed something Claudia wouldn’t know lol 😂 again she has no place to talk since she’s s B model
