    • I had a terrible anxiety attack under my life cast, they pulled me out crying, and it’s not at all uncommon to feel that way. The process can take longer than what is shown in the video and it’s really scary to stay perfectly still with no communication or vision, and it feels very claustrophobic. You’re only able to breathe through your nose, swallowing your spit feels very scary. You’re not aware of how many expressions or movements you make until you need to stay perfectly still. It happens to people. Any people.
