her lips aren’t fake, when you get pregnant your whole entire body swells. There she had given birth a few weeks ago. It takes time for her body to be the way it used to be. If her lips were fake they’d look disgusting but they look fine here

+Mei Ling Chow Look up the word ‘philtrum’ if you’re not familiar with it. It’s the space between your upper lip and nose tip. Longer philtrums make a person look older and sometimes like a monkey, like Stephen King. Kim destroyed her mouth area and that is why so many people are saying she looks older when her face is wrinkle-free. Changing her nose was a huge mistake.
