10. I overdosed the same night Mac did on coke and meth. I survived… And when I found out he didn’t… I’m dedicated my life to being sober now and making music to help people get out of addiction…

    • Sarah Stewart  Not to be super negative but I am sure Jesus could/can do many things. For me-those stories are all metaphors and only make sense and become applicable to our life in times if they are seen that way-as metaphors. Like-“Jesus walked on water” this could mean he was an excellent navigator/sailor and as a fisherman always came back with a healthy bounty. Or turning water into wine-in ancient times I imagine much water wasn’t potable in cities especially, so turning water into wine (fermentation) made water potable. Etc. I don’t think this means that Jesus wasn’t a miraculous person rather that the things we do to survive and everyday activities can be seen as miraculous. But saying plainly JESUS CAN DO ANYTHING is great, but it doesn’t change the fact that being addicted to painkillers in particular is a very horrible experience for the body and mind. And getting past the withdrawal stage is very hard and can lead people to use. And many people (many people) use not to get high, but to maintain and NOT get sick. IF people can use prayer all power to them. But seriously-if you haven’t gone through opiate/opioid addiction then it would be cool if you didn’t chime in. Because it is not anything you can understand unless you go through it.

20. AJ felt this one cus he’s been there. I remember back in 2001 when BSB announced he was going into rehab I was in 6th grade, during the Black & Blue era was so sad esp when Kevin started crying. He was only 23yrs old, in his 20s too. Damn really wish Mac could’ve kicked his addiction. ✌️
