12. People are quick to only look at David as abusive (rightfully so) however they cut Jenelle too much slack. I’ve watched teen Mom from the very beginning and she’s had issues for YEARS. She’s a master manipulator herself, and shows traits of narcissism. Lack of awareness of how her actions affect others, expects praise, critcial of others, morphs into whoever shes dating at the time, fake tears or blows up when confronted on her behavior, blows up or sensitive at anything “perceived” as a direct attack, plays the victim in every situation “it’s everybody else” even when she stole Barbara’s credit cards and didn’t see Jace for 3 weeks at a time, gaslighting, can’t hold any meaningful emotional bonds, promises without change, lack of boundaries (stalked Nathan), and constant legal trouble. Emotional abuse is STILL abuse and danger to those around it. I truly hope the best for those beautiful kiddos. 🙏
