This years line up includes Black Uhuru, Third World, Tony Rebel and Jah Cutta are expected to grace the stages of Montreal's Old Port along with brand new fresh cultural sounds from Kymani Marley, Mikey Dangerous, I Wayne, Gyptian, Turbulence and a host of others.
Keeping with the theme "United Against Violence," the festival has aligned itself with the organization, Leave Out Violence (LOVE) and continues to aim at encouraging peace, love and unity through reggae music. Youth from the non-profit LOVE will operate a free One - Love Stage that will be situated north of the Quays of Montreal's Old Port. Young artists will showcase their talents along with some seasoned Canadian based reggae musicians from 11am until 2pm each festival day.
This year's festival has endless novel features; there is a final night Cruise with Luciano, Dean Fraser and Mikey General appearing live, attractive travel packages, special VIP admission and of course the main ingredients being - countless veterans and rising stars like: Admiral Bailey and Steele as well as dynamic women in reggae like Queen Ifrica and Tanya Mullings.
