LOS ANGELES, Monday February 13, 2012 - Tributes continue to flow for the late Whitney Houston following her death at a Beverley Hills hotel on Saturday night at the age of 48.
A number of celebrities including songstress Jennifer Hudson paid tribute to Ms. Houston during last night’s Grammy Awards.
Among those paying tribute to the late singer dubbed the queen of pop, was Barbadian sensation Rihanna. “No words! Just tears Dear Whitney … I honestly can’t think of anything else!” the vocalist tweeted on Saturday night.
Ms. Houston was found in her room around 3:55 p.m. on Saturday, and police said while there was no sign of foul play, investigations into her death will be ongoing.
The popular Houston, known for hits such as The Body Guard and I Will Always Love You, was remembered by fellow celebrities as a beautiful and talented singer and actress.
“Heartbroken and in tears over the shocking death of my friend, the incomparable Ms. Whitney Houston,” said singer Mariah Carey, who recorded the Academy Award-winning song, When You Believe, with the late star in 1998.

Pop sensation Rihanna has once again teamed up with Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans to show her modelling prowess.
Rihanna might be reeling over the recent behaviour of her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown - the fellow singer has reportedly got a tattoo of his new partner's face - but judging by these photos, it's Riri who will be having the last laugh.
The 23-year-old performer has teamed up with designer giant Emporio Armani for a second season, and the result is another smouldering set of pictures depicting Rihanna in lacy lingerie - which will soon be coming to a billboard near you.
While Rihanna's debut campaign saw her posing dominatrix-style wearing a blonde wig in the back of a car, these new images, captured by talented duo Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott in Dublin, shows a softer, more sensual side to the Barbadian pop star.
With her ever-changing hair teased into gentle waves, Rihanna models silk camisoles, skinny jeans and a denim biker jacket, all while proudly displaying her own collection of inked body art.
There will no avoiding the campaign once it breaks in magazines and on billboards - take note, Chris Brown.

Melanie Amaro has expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to compete on The X Factor USA.
The 18-year-old, who grew up in Tortolla in the British Virgin Islands and revealed her natural accent during Tuesday night's live broadcast, explained that not many big stars come from the area and she hopes to be the first.
"To be where I am, from where I'm from, here today, is a big, big thing," Amaro explained to People.
"Not lots of people come out of the Caribbean to become big stars. I'm so humbled and so gracious and so thankful to be where I am that it just came out. I could not help myself."
Amaro went on to say that she was proud of herself for finally being true to herself and her Caribbean heritage, admitting that she feels much freer on stage now.
"I would try to cover [my accent] up so that you could understand me. Some people say they have a hard time understanding me when I speak," she said.
"I feel like something has just been let go, something has been dropped off my shoulders. I don't have to worry about covering up my accent anymore. So, that's good."
Amaro was initially cut from the Judges Houses' stage of The X Factor but was brought back by mentor Simon Cowell after he realised that he made a mistake.
She has said that she will not take her second chance in the competition for granted.

Heavy D, a rapper whose imposing size and crossover success helped make him a major rap star, died Tuesday afternoon at a Los Angeles hospital. According to confirmed reports, the 44-year-old rapper was found conscious on the walkway near his Beverly Hills home around 11:25 am when a 911 call was placed. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead at 1 p.m. PST. Police are investigating, but foul play is not suspected.
Grandmaster Flash was one of the first in the media to relay the news when he took to Twitter, saying "I was just told Heavy D passed away." That message created a snowball of reactions -- and prayers -- from fans.
Heavy D last tweeted late on Monday or early Tuesday on Joe Frazier's death, "SMOKIN JOE FRAZIER..RIP.. truly one of the best heavyweight champs that ever lived.. GODS SPEED, MR FRAZIER!' An hour later tweeted,"BE INSPIRED!."
Born Dwight Errington Myers in Jamaica in 1967, Heavy D moved to the Bronx in 1967 and became friends with Glen Parrish (G-Wiz), Eddie F (Eddie Ferrell) and Troy Dixon (Trouble T-Roy), who formed the rap group Heavy D & the Boyz. In 1986, their demo reached Uptown Records head Andre Harrell, and the group became the first artist signed to the label.

Rihanna was honoured for her charity work, pop success and her ability to tackle adversity in personal life, including troubled relationships with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown and drug addict father Ronald Fenty.
"Independent, energetic, the young Robyn Rihanna Fenty (only 23) is our woman of the year, and not just by virtue of numbers and figures but also, and foremost, for her kind and fighting spirit," contactmusic.com quoted a spokesperson from the magazine as saying. "
